• We reserve the right to Refuse Service to anyone
• We reserve the right to Terminate services/orders due to:
  1. Unsafe working conditions
  2. Irresolvable conflicts
  3. Circumstances beyond Digital Dump Services control
• If services/orders are terminated for item 1 or 2 (above), customer is obligated to pay for work performed
• 48 hour notice of Cancellation for services/orders are required
• A $50.00 fee will be charged for any Cancellation of services/orders with less than a 48 hours notice
• We will not infringe on any Copyrights
• We will not videotape, photograph, print or duplicate any pornography
• Any pornographic materials will be Destroyed  or turned over to the appropriate Authorities immediately
• We will not videotape, photograph, print or duplicate any illegal activities
• Shipping & Handling -- $5.00 (if applicable to the project/order)
